She is the co-author of Max Impact: A Story of Survival and a member of both the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA).
From newsroom innovation to filmmaking, Brickey's work bridges journalism, advocacy, and art. She has served as Publisher and Producer for TheBayNet.com, one of the largest independent news platforms in the D.C. metro area, and helped build CNHI’s national digital newsroom framework across dozens of publications.
Brickey has also collaborated on a major motion picture with Paramount Pictures and Apple Studios, where she contributed historical accuracy research, location coordination, and on-set logistics.
