With a professional foundation spanning film production, hospitality, and food and beverage, Hightower brings a rare combination of creative vision and operational expertise to every venture he leads.

A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, he pairs formal training with real-world execution across industries that demand both precision and adaptability. His leadership style reflects a balance of discipline, strategy, and an instinct for storytelling—whether on screen, in brand development, or in experiential environments.

Before entering the private sector, Hightower served in the United States Navy with distinction as a Corpsman, Navy Diver, and SEAL Team medic. This elite background forged his resilience, decisiveness, and team-first mindset—qualities that continue to define his approach to business and leadership.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Hightower is an avid outdoorsman who values time in nature and lives with a deep appreciation for adventure and self-reliance. A passionate supporter of the University of Alabama football, he proudly stands by his rallying cry: Roll Tide.
