Nicholas Kaiser joins Meta MoJo LLC as the Director of Artist Management and Development. With a robust background in sportsbook and entertainment management, Nicholas brings a wealth of experience to his new role, where he will lead the company’s artist management, booking, and tour management initiatives.

In addition to his role with Meta MoJo, Nicholas served as the Sportsbook & Entertainment Manager at Sandy's Racing | Gaming in Ashland, KY, where he was instrumental in launching the state's first sportsbook in partnership with BetMGM shortly after the legalization of sports betting in Kentucky. His responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, overseeing relationships with major vendors, and curating live entertainment across the casino, demonstrating his prowess in both operational management and creative programming.

Nicholas also has extensive experience as an independent entertainment manager within the Appalachian region, where he managed over 40 musicians and bands, negotiating contracts and coordinating schedules with over 200 music venues. His strategic approach and ability to handle complex logistics have ensured seamless event planning and execution, underscoring his capability to enhance artist visibility and careers.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Nicholas holds a B.A. in Individualized Studies with a minor in Business Administration and Event Management from Shawnee State University. His skills span a broad range of areas including project management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management, equipped with certifications in various technical and operational platforms.

At Meta MoJo LLC, Nicholas is excited to leverage his diverse skills and experiences to drive the company’s growth in the entertainment industry, ensuring both emerging and established artists achieve their full potential under his leadership. Nicholas has relocated to Nashville, TN, and is open to relocation to optimize team and project needs.
